Neill & Jan Carden met and married in the Andalusia region of southern Spain and it was while going through our own experiences of searching for our own Spanish property we realised that there was a niche in the market for a one-stop Spanish property shop in the Andalusia region.
A Spanish property shop that not only listened to the clients needs but could also arrange and guide people through the whole process of purchasing a home in Spain.
Our experiences while searching for a Spanish property in the Andalusia region included being shown properties that were meant to be 3 bedrooms and turned out to be 2 bedrooms, falling in love with a Spanish property only to find out it did not have the correct paperwork therefore illegal to the Andalusia government, sitting in the car with hot bored children waiting for estate agents that don’t even bother showing up are just a few.
We realised that other family’s must be experiencing the same problems in Spain that we were encountering and these experiences were causing stress and taking away quality family time that we should have be enjoying in Andalusia.
